Reliance High-Tech opens new £2m HQ in Bracknell

Reliance High-Tech

Leading independent security technology integrator, Reliance High-Tech has opened a new £2 million headquarters in Bracknell, Berkshire, in a move which will allow the business to expand without any restrictions.

According to the company, the new premises offers more space to meet with customers who visit from across the UK and provides a base for Reliance High-Tech’s support staff, sales, marketing, administrative and financial functions. The comfortable and flexible space will meet the needs of everyone, from the firm’s latest intake of apprentices to the entire executive team, the company says. It will also provide an opportunity to showcase more of Reliance High-Tech’s innovative technology in a dedicated customer experience facility, which will highlight how customers can take advantage of the latest technology – including cloud-based solutions – to protect their people, assets, and reputations.

The new HQ features a new experience centre, where customers will be able to see these technologies in action at its customer experience centre. Said to be much more than a demonstration room, the facility will show customers how to leverage this transformative technology and will equip them with the knowledge required to implement it across their organisations, the company says.

Reliance High-Tech has been headquartered in the Bracknell area for much of its 40-year history, and the company chose Bracknell because of its proximity to other technology companies, its road and rail links, and the talents and skills of those living in the area. The £2m investment in the local area demonstrates the company’s commitment to the town as a great place to do business. That said, Reliance High-Tech very much remains national in its footprint and outlook, and continues to operate other offices and facilities in Manchester, Pontefract and Glasgow.

CEO, Alastair Enser, commented: “Reliance High-Tech works with carefully chosen technology partners to help customers gain value beyond security by delivering greater operational efficiencies beyond security alone, and the new demonstration facilities will give visitors the opportunity to see these first hand. In fact, many of these same technologies will form part of the fabric of the building, delivering operational value and business efficiencies to our own business. It will very much be about demonstrating the ‘art of the possible.’

Commenting on when can customers expect to visit the new offices, Enser added: “We are already in and unpacked! The customer experience centre is in the process of being installed and should be up and running soon. We will be holding a grand opening in the near future, and we look forward to inviting guests to see the new facilities as soon as everything is in place!”
