Brivo Genius Mobile Agent wins SSI 2026 Most Valuable Product Award

Brivo

Brivo has announced that Brivo Genius Mobile Agent won the Security Sales & Integration 2026 Most Valuable Product (MVP) award in the emergency communications category.

A first-of-its-kind technology, Brivo Genius Mobile Agent, uses natural language navigation to revolutionise emergency response. Administrators can now execute critical commands, such as “Activate full lockdown,” with simple voice or text prompts. Unlike search-only chatbots, Brivo Genius transforms mobile security management from a reactive tool into a proactive, life-saving business enabler.

The Brivo Genius Mobile Agent works with AI-powered video security features like Brivo Gun Detection, which proactively detects potential firearms from within the Brivo Security Suite, to execute emergency lockdowns, enabling immediate threat response.

Judged by a panel of industry leaders and the editors of Security Sales & Integration, the MVP award winners are chosen based on the product’s technical merits and the product’s potential to “help integrators grow their customer base; design and install systems faster and, thus, more profitably; and realise better margins on product sales.”

“The Brivo Genius Mobile Agent uses the tremendous power of AI combined with natural language to improve emergency response, reduce complexity for security directors, and create new revenue opportunities for resellers,” said Steve Van Till, Founder and President of Brivo. “Receiving the Most Valuable Product award from Security Sales & Integration is a tremendous honour; we appreciate the judges’ recognition of Brivo’s innovation.”

The Brivo Genius Mobile Agent will be showcased alongside other AI-driven unified security solutions at the Brivo booth (Hall 5, J50) at The Security Event (TSE) in Birmingham, UK April 28-30, 2026. Attendees can schedule a meeting and demo with a Brivo expert during the event.
