Immix has announced that both Monitoreal AI and Luma Surveillance have been added to their integration library with the Immix GF/CS platform.
The Monitoreal integration brings edge-based AI video analytics directly into Immix, allowing monitoring teams to receive and manage alerts within the same interface they already use.
The integration supports alerts generated by edge AI appliances that process video locally and identify events in real time. Monitoring providers can use these detections to support a range of security and operational use cases, including PPE compliance, emergency vehicle detection, face recognition, threat gestures, and slip-and-fall events.
Within Immix, these alerts are presented alongside other security and event data, giving operators a consistent place to assess activity and determine the appropriate response. This reduces the need for separate screens or additional processes when monitoring equipped sites.
For central stations, alarm receiving centers, GSOCs, and professional monitoring providers, the integration offers a practical way to add edge AI capabilities while maintaining the systems and operator experience already in place.
This approach can help simplify onboarding, reduce unnecessary complexity, and support broader adoption of AI-enabled video monitoring across both SMB and enterprise environments.
Meanwhile, the Luma integration allows monitoring centres and security operations teams to connect supported Luma devices and bring video and event data into the Immix platform.
The Luma integration supports the Luma X20 and X21 product lines. These products include professional surveillance cameras and recorders designed for residential and small-business environments, with capabilities such as human and vehicle detection, event-based notifications, low-light imaging, and remote system management through OvrC.
With the Luma integration, Immix customers can incorporate supported Luma devices into existing monitoring workflows. This helps operators manage video and related events from a single interface while maintaining the response processes already used across their monitoring environments.
The Luma integration reflects the company’s continued focus on interoperability across the security ecosystem.
