RAD integration now available in Immix with support for ROSA and RIO

Immix

Immix has announced the availability of its integration with Robotic Assistance Devices, Inc. (RAD), supporting RAD’s ROSA and RIO solutions within the Immix platform.

The integration gives Immix users a direct way to incorporate supported RAD devices into established monitoring and response workflows, alongside the other technologies already managed through the platform.

In addition to alarm events and live video, supported RAD devices can provide operators with additional context and interactive capabilities that extend beyond traditional video verification.

Alarm footage, playback capabilities and pre-alarm recording provide greater context around an event, while audio transmit and relay control enable operators to take a more active role, including initiating potential deterrent measures through supported devices.

These capabilities work alongside the AI-driven automation available across RAD’s ROSA and RIO solutions. Depending on the event and configured response, RAD technology can perform automated and contextualised actions such as situation-based calldowns before or during monitoring centre involvement, while operators retain the ability to review events and take direct action when needed.

“Monitoring is increasingly about bringing together intelligence, automation and human decision-making in a way that gives operators better context and more options for response,” said Chris Brown, CEO of Immix. “RAD has built an interesting ecosystem around that model, combining AI-driven automation with technologies that can also be directly engaged by the monitoring centre.

“Our relationship with RAD has continued to evolve and this integration is another example of how our teams are finding practical ways to connect their capabilities with the workflows our customers already rely on.”

The integration supports RAD’s ROSA and RIO platforms, giving central stations, security providers and enterprise users another option for incorporating AI-enabled detection, automation and active response into their monitoring operations without creating a separate operator workflow.

Immix and RAD will continue working together to evolve the integration and explore how additional RAD solutions and capabilities may complement monitoring workflows and the needs of customers across the broader Immix ecosystem.

Both Immix and RAD will be at GSX 2026 in Atlanta, September 14-16. Customers interested in seeing the integration or discussing deployment requirements can connect with either team during the event.
