Altronix has announced that its National Sales Executive, JR Andrews, and Western Regional Manager, Stephen Olivia, will jointly present an education session entitled ‘Remote Power Management: The First Step to Troubleshooting Any Solution’ at PSA’s TEC 2021.
“Remote management of mission-critical power and data transmission equipment is the foundation of a strong managed services platform,” said JR Andrews. “Remote power management allows the service provider to troubleshoot, diagnose and potentially repair issues, without having to dispatch a technician to the site.
“This benefits the end-customer as well as the provider. Service costs decrease while profitability of the service department increases. Additionally, remote health monitoring provides for the opportunity to generate RMR and further build customer confidence.”
