Talion, born out of the Applied Intelligence division of BAE Systems, has emerged onto the UK cyber market as one of the newest managed security providers. Talion’s roots began when the UK government requested BAE Systems to protect a major UK sporting event. Highly targeted secure government departments and large global organisations followed suit, leveraging the service to protect their critical assets and information. In Spring last year, Talion was the subject of a management buy-out and the commercial managed security service of BAE Systems became an independent company.
