The British Security Industry Association (BSIA) has announced the launch of The Voice, a brand-new podcast series designed to inform, inspire and connect professionals across the UK security sector.

Hosted from the BSIA’s newly developed in-house podcast studio, The Voice brings industry leaders, innovators and subject matter experts together for open, insightful conversations on the trends, challenges, and opportunities shaping the current and future security climate.

The debut episode features BSIA Chief Executive, Mike Reddington, who shares personal career reflections, the evolution of the security landscape, and the Association’s mission to champion best practice, raise standards, and ensure the industry is ready for the future.

Listeners will understand how the BSIA is influencing the industry, the standards and policies it has shaped, and how it is actively collaborating across the sector, its stakeholders, and the wider public.
