Onity

Carrier Fire & Security brand, Onity, a global leader in electronic access solutions and mobile credentialing, has announced new and upcoming product integrations for its Passport™ Locking Solution with SiteLink and storEdge, facility management systems (FMS), from Storable, a leading software provider in the self-storage industry.

According to Carrier, this partnership will enable seamless access and management of Passport self-storage unit smart locks, enhancing the tenant experience.

Onity is a part of Carrier Global Corporation (NYSE: CARR), global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions.

SiteLink and storEDGE by Storable are designed to complement daily workflows for self-storage operations of all sizes. SiteLink software is a flexible, configurable solution which customizes the tenant relationship management. storEDGE software is a comprehensive, all-in-one solution that provides a seamless tenant rental journey. These integrations will both allow self-storage properties to assign their tenants mobile credentials to access Onity Passport locks. The Onity DirectKey™ mobile credentialing technology transforms a tenant’s smartphone into a digital key, enabling them to unlock their storage unit with a simple tap on a mobile app. Without the need for keys or combinations, onboarding tenants becomes a more straightforward process and offers tenants greater convenience and confidence.

“We are beyond thrilled to announce our partnership with Storable,” said André LaLande, Senior Vice President of Sales, Onity. “The integration effort with SiteLink and storEDGE is the start of other integrations with facility management solutions, creating a more seamless experience for owners, operators, and tenants.”

“We are excited about this new integration with Onity. Their reputation of being a global leader for electronic access combined with their proven mobile credentialing technologies makes our partnership strong,” says Chuck Gordon, CEO, Storable. “The Passport Locking Solution will change the game for the self-storage industry, and we are proud to work together to provide a more convenient, secure experience for facility operators and tenants.”
