CybaVerse has announced a major expansion of its CybaOps platform, which introduces integrated SIEM, case management and automation capabilities designed to help channel partners deliver advanced and scalable cyber security services to customers.
The latest release represents one of the most substantial enhancements to CybaOps since its launch in 2025, which brings together 24/7 managed detection and response (MDR), SIEM, Cyber Essentials, vulnerability management, security assessments and penetration testing capabilities all within a single environment.
Designed specifically for partners, the platform enables organisations to build and expand cyber security services through a fully managed, self-hosted or hybrid delivery model.
“Cyber security is often fragmented,” said Oliver Spence, CEO of CybaVerse. “Organisations can find themselves dealing with multiple suppliers, disconnected tools and limited visibility into what is actually happening behind the scenes.”
“We wanted to create an MDR platform that removes this complexity. CybaOps brings together the technologies, services and operational visibility organisations need, while giving partners the flexibility to build cyber security offerings that align with their customers’ unique business models and growth plans.
“Our goal has always been to help partners scale cyber security services in a predictable and achievable way. This release represents a major step forward in making this possible.”
Unlike traditional MDR platforms, CybaOps has been developed to give partners complete flexibility over how services are delivered. Partners can choose to white-label CybaVerse’s services, operate capabilities independently, or combine internal expertise with CybaVerse’s 24/7 monitoring and security operations support.
The platform also introduces integrated case management, providing partners and customers with increased visibility into security investigations.
By enabling organisations to ingest and normalise security data from any log source into a single environment, CybaOps reduces the need for analysts to pivot between multiple tools, helping investigations progress faster and with greater context. Users can view analyst activity, investigation steps and response actions in real time, supporting greater transparency across security operations.

The enhanced platform includes advanced event visibility, MITRE ATT&CK mapping, automated data enrichment, connector health monitoring and expanded reporting capabilities, helping organisations gain deeper insight into their cyber security posture.
CybaOps has also been developed to be technology agnostic, allowing partners to ingest and normalise security data from a wide range of security tools, while maintaining visibility across diverse customer environments without being tied to a specific technology stack.
The platform also aligns with recognised industry frameworks, including Cyber Essentials and the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, helping organisations strengthen security foundations while supporting long-term cyber resilience.
“As customer demand for cyber security services continues to grow, many MSPs face a choice between investing heavily in in-house security operations capabilities or partnering with specialist providers. CybaOps gives partners a practical route to delivering comprehensive cyber security services through a model that can evolve alongside their business. Whether organisations want a fully managed service, a self-hosted environment or something in between, the platform has been designed to support that journey,” CybaVerse’s Spence continued.
