Datapath’s LATAM Regional Sales Manager, Rafael Herrera, recently represented the company at the LG Panama Open House in Panama City, delivering a presentation focused on the evolving needs of mission-critical control room environments.
The presentations took place at the LG Panama offices, located in a high-rise tower with stunning views over the city, providing an inspiring backdrop for discussions and demonstrations.
Hosted in partnership with LG Electronics and TaNaKa, the event brought together around 40 attendees, including end users from government organisations, financial institutions, and representatives from major national infrastructure and transportation authorities.
The audience consisted of professionals actively exploring advanced control room and video wall technologies, creating an engaging environment for discussion and knowledge sharing.
During the session, Rafael shared insights into the future of control room technology, highlighting how integrated platforms can support increasingly complex mission-critical operations. The presentation included a detailed look at Datapath’s control room management solution, Aetria, along with real-world success stories demonstrating how the platform is supporting organizations around the world.
Attendees also experienced live demonstrations of Datapath technology, including Datapath video wall controllers and the intuitive video wall management platform WallControl 10. The demonstrations showed how operators can manage and visualize multiple sources across video walls in control room environments.
The event also featured a live demonstration of Milestone XProtect, highlighting how video management systems can be used alongside Datapath solutions to support real-time monitoring and operational awareness in mission-critical settings.
With sessions dedicated entirely to mission-critical applications, Rafael and the team were able to engage directly with attendees to discuss their specific operational challenges and requirements. The strong level of participation, thoughtful questions, and positive feedback from attendees made the event a clear success.
