Envisage Technology has named Glenn Fletcher as its new Sales Director. The distributor serves resellers in the security and IT industry with a very technical and support-based approach to installer and vendor requirements, making it a natural fit for the new Sales Director.
Fletcher has a history of successfully building up small teams of sales specialists. His early career was in data networking prior to making the move to the physical security industry in early 2003, and established himself as one of the early IP Camera and VMS specialist salespeople at a time when 6FPS and JPEG compression was often as good as it got. Throughout his career he has been involved in selling VMS and IP PoE Devices including cameras, access control, audio and IP lighting. Most recently he has been dedicated to the world of long reach Ethernet and Layer 3 PoE technologies.
“I believe Envisage Technology is a perfect fit for me,” said Fletcher. “We offer a smaller quantity of brands, but we know them all at a very complex level and so can offer training, support, and design assistance to installers on all of the range available.
