Hikvision has launched a new mobile app for installers: Hik-ePartner. The app, which is available for iOS or Android devices, has been designed to consolidate useful widgets to make installation easier and provide sales and marketing support.
The Hik-ePartner app is a management platform where installers can get access to all Hikvision product information, promotions and marketing materials, as well as join a loyalty programme. According to the manufacturer, it offers straightforward product searches which allow installers to navigate using model names and numbers, product functions, and accessory options. Installers can also save their preferred products to a favourites list for later.
The app also offers a how to section where documents and videos can assist integrators with their daily work. An additional parameter and specifications calculating tool enables installers to recommend the most suitable products for their customers. Installers can also use the app to find all the go-to-market handouts such as infographics, One-Swipes (intuitive sales guides), and solution packages featuring small and medium sized businesses. Finally, push notifications provide sales promotions from Hikvision to help installers save money on Hikvision’s latest products.
Hik-ePartner is also integrated with the Hik-ProConnect app. Installers using Hik-ProConnect can login to the Hik-ePartner platform with the same account, creating a smoother workflow for installers.
