HiveWatch Command Center to debut at ISC West 2024

HiveWatch

HiveWatch have announced that the HiveWatch Command Center will be making its first appearance at ISC West 2024, which takes place between April 10-12 in Las Vegas.

The security operations management platform enhances communication between field resources and operators, consolidates the storage of essential security assets, streamlines incident workflows, and facilitates effective incident management and response.

The HiveWatch Command Center

HiveWatch Command Center was created to support security operations teams in identifying, prioritising, reacting to, and probing security incidents.

It presents a cost-effective and scalable solution for organisations as they expand. The fundamental product establishes a centralised repository for crucial security assets, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), floor plans, site details, and other pertinent information.

This aids in streamlined response efforts and operator training. Additionally, real-time data on incident resolution and response enhances decision-making regarding resource allocation.

The core product provides a centralised source of truth for security assets, such as standard operating procedures (SOPs), floor plans, site information, and more, to facilitate efficient response and operator training, while real-time data about incident resolution, response, and more enables better decision-making around resource allocation.

Additional features

Customers have the flexibility to personalise their Command Center by incorporating additional features, such as:

  • Emergency Services Communication: Easily connect with local emergency response teams, automatically directed based on incident location, directly through the platform.
  • Guard Tours: Efficiently set up checkpoints without the need for extra hardware to gather data on guard tours, including completion status, timestamps, and user details.
  • Case Management: Offer security teams a centralised hub for monitoring incidents, adding relevant media and data, and creating a comprehensive log to assist in both internal and external investigations. This functionality is instrumental in meeting requirements for implementing and enforcing workplace violence prevention plans, such as California S.B. 553.

A more streamlined approach

“While many of our customers are ready for a complete solution that incorporates data from video and access control solutions, others are looking for an initial simplified approach that they have the option to scale later,” said Ryan Schonfeld, Founder & CEO, of HiveWatch. “That’s where Command Center meets a need in the market.”

“Shifting priorities and the need to tie investments back to the business means that security pioneers need a way to do more, with less, which is why ensuring operators are as efficient as possible is critical.”
