Immix has announced the promotion of Tina Simolaris to Vice President of Global Client Experience.
Simolaris, who joined Immix in 2022, brings over 25 years of central station, command centre and call centre expertise to her new role. Her experience spans senior management positions across startups, distressed centres, and large-scale operations domestically and internationally.
As a former Immix customer herself, Simolaris possesses a unique perspective that has greatly influenced the company’s commitment to client advocacy and success.
In her new role, Tina will continue to elevate our client experience while championing our brand excellence. Additionally, Tina will lead Immix’s sales and marketing divisions, focusing on processes and procedures to ensure that every Immix client receives the whole Immix experience end to end. Tina will also lead an initiative to conduct regular surveys to measure the company’s success in the eyes of our clients and partners, including how we train and onboard new clients.
