Paxton installers can now sign up for its free installer training via the Paxton Installer app, giving them more convenience to book their seats and manage bookings from a smartphone, while also allowing users to earn Paxton Rewards points.
The company offers free installer training on Net2 and Paxton10, to help installers fully understand the benefits and potential of its products and find the most suitable access control solution for their customers.
Paxton’s latest Tech Tour events, (which you can read more about in our story here), are also available to book in the app. The Tech Tour is a half-day product experience that enables installers to get hands-on with Paxton’s systems and discuss business opportunities with the company’s product experts.
How to book training via the Paxton Installer app?
- Download the free Installer app on Google Play or Apple Store
- Login to your Installer account or click ‘Sign Up’ if you haven’t
- Click the new ‘Training’ tile
- Enter your postcode to find a training session near you
- Choose a location that suits you, and sign up for training most suitable to your business
- You can also click ‘No suitable location? Request on premises training’ to request our trainers to come to you.
- *Users will earn 20 Paxton Rewards points for attending one training session and collect bonus points after completing all available training sessions.
What is Paxton Rewards?
Paxton Rewards is your customer loyalty programme, where you can earn points by scanning the company’s products, attending its free installer training, and submitting case study suggestions.
The more points a user accumulates, the higher the partner status they will achieve. With each status users can unlock exclusive benefits and rewards.
