What do you feel you are offering that sets you aside from your competitors?

TA: “What sets Network Optix apart is our commitment to an open, user-friendly, and highly scalable video management platform. Nx Witness VMS is designed with simplicity in mind, allowing users to deploy and manage their systems with ease. Our open architecture enables seamless integration with a wide array of third-party technologies, empowering customers to tailor solutions to their specific requirements. Additionally, our active collaboration with ecosystem partners keeps us at the forefront of innovation, ensuring that we offer the most advanced features available.”

Question 4: What do you think will be the main drivers for business next year?

TA: “We anticipate that the growing demand for intelligent and integrated security solutions will be a major driver. Organizations are increasingly seeking platforms that not only provide surveillance but also deliver actionable insights through AI and analytics. The convergence of video management with IoT devices and data analytics is becoming essential, and we believe our solutions are well-positioned to meet this evolving market need.

“Additionally, the need for localized cloud solutions is on the rise, especially in regions like the Middle East where data sovereignty and compliance with local regulations are critical. By offering a local cloud orchestration layer, we’re enabling our clients to leverage cloud technologies while ensuring their data remains within regional boundaries. This approach addresses both performance and regulatory concerns, making our solutions even more attractive to businesses looking for compliant and efficient security systems.”

What will be the primary challenges, and what is your strategy to overcome potential hurdles?

TA: “A primary challenge will be staying ahead of rapid technological advancements while ensuring cybersecurity and data privacy. Our strategy involves continuous innovation and close collaboration with our partners to securely integrate the latest technologies into our platform. We also prioritise providing comprehensive training and support to our clients and to further our efforts, we’re developing a new online training program tailored for various types of users.”

Are there any special considerations or additional support that you offer your clients across the Middle East?

TA: “We understand that our clients in the Middle East have unique needs. That’s why we’re actively working on Arabic language support and bringing on new team members to provide localised assistance. We’re also collaborating with local authorities to offer a cloud orchestration layer within the region, ensuring our solutions comply with local regulations and deliver the best possible service to our customers.”
