How are you finding the current market here in the Middle East?

RL: “Our customer base continues to grow rapidly in the Middle East, a region that has numerous legacy security camera systems. As these businesses look to modernize, they’re turning to Eagle Eye Networks as a trusted partner. They’re looking for an open platform like Eagle Eye that’s camera agnostic, does not require a business to rip-and-replace an entire system, and can integrate with an unlimited number of third-party technologies.

“We serve all types of businesses, but we have a lot of retail, industrial and logistics customers in the Middle East. Many of our customers have dispersed locations, and they’re excited to move to a cloud-based system so they can centrally manage all of their cameras and locations. They also want to enhance their existing security cameras with AI capabilities.

“The digital transformation is well underway here in the Middle East. At Intersec Dubai, we look forward to talking to new and existing customers about their business goals and demonstrating how our AI-powered video surveillance can help them ensure worker safety, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain high quality products.”

What do you feel you are offering that sets you aside from your competitors?

RL: “At Eagle Eye we are always 100 percent dedicated to our reseller channel, and we’re proud to offer the industry’s best technical and customer support to our valued partners. We are the only video surveillance provider to have a data center located in the Middle East. Opened in 2024, our data center in Saudi Arabia has been instrumental in serving the region’s growing needs for AI-powered video surveillance. In addition, our open platform puts the customer in charge. They can choose the cameras and the third-party technologies they want integrated into their system. Really important is the fact that Eagle Eye’s open system is flexible and scalable. It’s a sound investment that can grow and evolve with a business.”
