At ISC East this year, Eagle Eye Networks will share space with Brivo across stands 803/809. There, visitors will be able to see the company’s AI-powered technology, with lots of new features and innovations demonstrated. In this exclusive interview, COO Hans Kahler, explains more.
Why is ISC East an important show for you?
HK: “We love New York, and ISC East is one of the most important security shows of the year for Eagle Eye Networks. It consistently attracts resellers, technology providers and end users from all over New England, the tri-state area, and elsewhere on the East Coast making it an ideal event for us to connect with our current and prospective partners and business customers.”
What can visitors expect from you at the show? Why should they visit your stand?
HK: “Located at the front of the show floor near the entrance, visitors can’t miss the Eagle Eye Networks/Brivo booth (#803/809). Resellers and end users come to security shows to network, attend educational sessions and see what’s new product-wise. They also come to discuss specific business and security challenges. Our booth has several demo stations and is staffed with our most knowledgeable experts who are eager to talk to resellers and business leaders about all of the above.”
“We’re also presenting an educational session at ISC East on Day one about the city of Plattsburgh, NY where businesses, a school, public safety officials, law enforcement, and one of our resellers Chimera Integrations are harnessing the power of standard video surveillance cameras in a unique way (Eagle Eye 911 Camera Sharing) to give first responders better and more accurate information. Their shared goal is to improve community safety and outcomes in emergency situations.”
Can we expect any announcements from you at the show? Can you tell me about any developments since ISC West last year?

How are you finding the current market in the U.S, compared to the U.K, Europe, and the Middle East?
HK: “Of the markets you mention, we have the largest presence in North America, the UK and Europe, but we’re growing steadily around the world. For example, we have a large office in Bangalore, India that serves that Far East market, and where much of our R&D team is based, and we recently opened a data center in Saudi Arabia to meet rapidly growing demand in the Middle East. We’re also well established in Southeast Asia and Oceania, and we’ve had an office in Tokyo for several years.”
What do you feel you are offering that sets you aside from your competitors?
HK: “What we hear from our resellers is that they’re looking for a manufacturer partner that offers innovative, easy-to-use, cybersecure security solutions that are future-proof. They do not want to rip-and-replace current security cameras and they don’t want to have to buy a whole new system every five years. Eagle Eye Networks was built on the promise of doing all of that.
