The supervisory board of Mobotix has reappointed Klaus Kiener as the company’s chief financial officer until March 31st, 2023. He will continue to be responsible for Finance, Corporate Planning, Investor Relations, Legal/Compliance/Data Protection, Organisation, IT Services, Purchasing and Logistics/Customs.
Kiener was significantly responsible for the development and successful implementation of the restructuring programme “Fit for the Future” together with the newly appointed Chairman of the Executive Board and CEO Thomas Lausten in June 2017.
