KnowBe4 has announced the promotion of Carolin Kroenert to the position of vice president of sales for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region, emphasising the significant impact she has made during her time with the organisation.
Kroenert’s extensive experience in leading both direct and channel sales teams spans over a decade and includes regions such as Asia, Africa, Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East.
Joining KnowBe4 in 2021, with a focus on expanding business in the region and segments within the organisation, her strategic vision and leadership abilities as senior director of sales for the DACH region led her team to great success.
She achieved these goals through fostering a culture of excellence and determination, which paved the way for their stellar accomplishments.
Reflecting on her new leadership role, Kroenert shares, “I am truly honoured to step into this new position and continue contributing to our mission at KnowBe4. It has been an incredible journey so far, and I am eager to drive further success in the EMEA region.

In her newly appointed role as vice president of sales in EMEA, she will once again aim to enhance business growth and promote the core business objectives of KnowBe4.
By cultivating strong collaborations with internal stakeholders, sales teams, and partners, she is set to spearhead the region’s strategic sales initiatives and uphold KnowBe4’s reputation as a trailblazer in the cybersecurity awareness and culture sector.
