How are you finding the current market here in the Middle East?

TP: “With Morse Watchmans having a long-time presence in the Middle East, we just keep seeing growth here right now. There seems to be a lot of investment in the infrastructure since the pandemic. Travel and tourism are growing and that means new hotels are being built. Also, we are noticing many new healthcare facilities there as well.”

What do you feel you are offering that sets you aside from your competitors?

TP: “Morse Watchmans invented electronic key control just over 30 years ago. Since we are the first company to offer this product, we have deep-rooted knowledge about listening to our customers and understanding and assessing their needs around key control issues. We continue to listen to, and learn from, customers so we can offer them the very best in class of electronic key control systems along with great technical expertise and customer support. That’s why we are the most trusted brand and global leader of electronic key control systems.”

What are you doing to develop your existing footprint in the region?

TP: “All of our Middle East product representatives are keeping a finger on the pulse of the growth activity here as new properties enter the market, because they know these new businesses will need security technology. It is a vast territory comprised of UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Qatar. We also have product dealers in Bahrain and Kuwait. Our team has great technical expertise and are very knowledgeable about our products and the territory that they cover.”
