In 2024, OPTEX opened a branch office in Düsseldorf to support EMEA business and as per 2025, it is now officially a subsidiary. 

With this expansion, specific to the entrance/automatic doors division, OPTEX are striving to enhance their collaborations with local manufacturers, distributors and partners, as well as extending their technical support system.

Germany was picked as location as OPTEX feels it is a trendsetter in the industry, playing a key role in setting European standards for automatic door technology.

By collaborating closely with local manufacturers, distributors, and partners the subsidiary will enhance technical support and customer engagement.
