OPTEX has been shortlisted for the Fire & Security Matters Awards in the Security Manufacturer of the Year category.
This category is designed to recognise a manufacturer of security systems that has gone above and beyond in its commitment to innovation and/or its systems meet the highest standards.
The winners of the FSM Awards will be revealed at a gala evening ceremony at the Coventry Building Society Arena on 12 June 2024, which will be hosted by comedian Jason Manford.
OPTEX will celebrate its 45th anniversary this year. It was founded in 1979 in Japan and over the years, it states that it has contributed to key innovations in the security industry, including revolutionary features to minimise false alarms in outdoor detection and pioneering the use of LiDAR for security detection.
