Pyronix has announced that their control panel, the Enforcer V11, has won ‘Intruder Product of the Year’ at the PSI Premier Awards 2023.

Designed to provide comprehensive protection for residential and small commercial properties, the Enforcer V11 is a complete security system, boasting an intuitive interface and customisable features.

Continuing its run of seven consecutive years of nominations in the category, the Enforcer has now won six times – in 2023, 2021, 2019, 2018, 2017, and 2013 – and comes as a result of votes from professionals in the security industry.

Over the years, Pyronix has successfully evolved the Enforcer to deliver enhanced and innovative new features that meet the changing needs of both installers and end-users.

By placing customers at the forefront of their business and continually expanding their basket of goods, as well as bringing security, automation and video into a single platform, Pyronix has become a choice provider of control panels in the professional security market.

Most recently, Pyronix has released a PCBA Upgrade Kit, which introduces new features to the panel and enhances older versions of the Enforcer to include on-board Wi-Fi, enabling HomeControl2.0 connectivity that opens the panel up to even more product compatibilities, including with the award-winning CarDefender, SmartPlug, and DoorbellCam.

In addition, the company has also recently introduced interlinking smoke and heat sensors to provide an all-in-one security and safety system that offers our customers compliance with legal requirements and insurance grading.

When asked about the importance of winning the PSI Premier Awards 2023, Marketing Director, Laurence Kenny, said, “Wins like this one, and at the BSIA Awards a couple of weeks ago, mean so much to us. It is not just a reward for the hard work that has gone into creating such well-rounded products, it also shows us that installers and their customers are very happy with the level of security and usability that our products provide, and that’s always a great achievement.”

Pyronix received three other nominations at this year’s PSI Premier Awards, including:

–             Software/Analytics Product of the Year – HomeControl2.0

–             Manufacturer/Distributor Training Award – Training On-Demand

–             Access Control Product of the Year – DoorbellCam

HomeControl 2.0 has seen a plethora of updates this year, bringing brand-new additions to the app including a new, built-in Personal Help Alarm; a completely free SOS service that gives installers a unique offering in their sales conversations with customers. As well as delivering more product compatibility, like with the industry-first CarDefender and standalone DoorbellCam.

“It’s fantastic to know that our recent innovations have been so well-received by the industry and installers alike,” added Kenny. “We’re also pleased to have been recognised for another year running for our Training On-Demand platform, which delivers product training to help installers achieve and grow.

“It’s part of our ongoing commitment to support our installers in maximising their business, so it’s really great to see so many taking advantage of the service and wanting to learn more about our products.”

“We remain dedicated to providing the best possible solutions for our customers. Gaining recognition for so many of our products and services is a real testament to our people, who work hard every day to deliver innovative solutions for our customers.

“We are already working on the development of new and exciting products, so keep your eyes peeled for future updates!”
