Secure Logiq adds to senior staff

Manufacturer of servers dedicated to HD surveillance storage, Secure Logiq, has hired George Petkov as its new IT Operations Manager. This senior position will see Petkov work closely with Secure Logiq CTO Aleksandar Uzunov across a range of activities within the manufacturer’s technical department.

In his new role, Petkov will assist with hardware parts procurement while also developing new partnerships and bringing more suppliers to Secure Logiq. He will also help with software development as a system architect, resolve difficult IT problems and help with the administration of Windows and Linux-based servers for the Secure Logiq critical infrastructure. The aspect of the role that will have the most direct impact on Secure Logiq’s customer base will see Petkov assist with the testing of new VMS’ as well as with developing new products. Finally, he will also help Uzunov with staff management while also taking a close look at improving internal processes and processes automation.

“Aleksandar and I have been helping each other for the past 20 years, so this feels like a natural move for me,” says Petkov. “With my background in software development and my network skills, I believe that I will bring a lot of value to Secure Logiq. I can already see areas where new technology and automation will bring real benefits to Secure Logiq and our customers.”

“I’m delighted that George has joined the Secure Logiq family,” added Uzunov. “We have known each other for a long time, and I know he will bring a great deal of value to the team here. I am delighted to be able someone of George’s calibre to our technical department and I know he will make a great success of all the challenges that are thrown at him.”

Petkov has already hit the ground running with Secure Logiq and is looking forward to all of the “exciting things” he can achieve with the manufacturer.
