Winners revealed for 2023 Security and Fire Excellence Awards

The Security and Fire Excellence Awards has revealed its winners for 2023, including Security On Screen member, Pyronix. Winners came from all across the industry, with the event shining a light on some of the incredible achievements from the sector in the past year, organisers IFSEC said.

Taking place at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House on Monday 4 December, The Security and Fire Excellence Awards are run in partnership with IFSEC and FIREX. First Response Group and ZAM Facilities Management were this year’s headline sponsors. Other partners included Axis Communications, BSIA, IPSA, FIA and ASIS. Comedian Rob Beckett hosted the event.

Winners of the Security & Fire Excellence Awards 2023 included: Under the Vendor Award Categories, winning the price of Digital Distributor of the Year, was ADI Global Distribution, Hardware / Software Manufacturer of the Year went to Eurotech Fire Systems, Security Consultancy of the Year was awarded to CornerStone, while QCIC Group got Silver. Security Guarding Company of the Year OVER £30M Annual Turnover went to Kingdom Services Group, with Silver being awarded to SecuriGroup and Bronze going to Corps Security. The FIREX, IFSEC, Facilities Show and IFSEC Insider team also attended.

Security Guarding Company of the Year UNDER £30M Annual Turnover went to FGH Security, Silver was awarded to Unitrust Protection Services (UK) and Bronze went to Pilgrims Risk Management Group, Security Hardware / Software Manufacturer of the Year was won by Axis Communications and Everbridge got the silver runner up prize.

Security Installer / Integrator of the Year went to North with Securitas Technology in second place, while Security or Fire Diversity & Inclusion Champion
went to Corps Security.

Security Software Product or Software as a Service Innovation of the Year went to Pyronix with its HomeControl 2.0

Security or Fire Start Up Company of the Year went to FFA Security Group.

In the Product or Service Award categories, Axis Communications won Security Hardware Product Innovation of the Year with its AXIS Q1656-DLE Radar-Video Fusion and Freevolt Technologies’ S-Key came second

Security Software Product or Software as a Service Innovation of the Year went to Pyronix with its HomeControl 2.0 and ICTS Europe Group with its Viridian came second.
