What are the biggest challenges that you help your customers to overcome?
SG: “Changes can be challenging, even if a better solution offers many benefits. Transitioning to a new security system often impacts multiple departments, requiring careful planning and adaptation. At Ajax Systems, we make this process seamless by providing hands-on support at every stage. Our UK-based team ensures smooth onboarding and ongoing assistance. Additionally, our award-winning Ajax Academy training program empowers professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to maximize the potential of our technology and how it can scale their business.”

Could you tell me about any upcoming developments?
SG: “Ajax Systems has a large R&D team working hard to improve our existing solutions. Recently, we launched the Doorbell and IndoorCam, expanding our video surveillance portfolio. New channels in our focus would be on Ajax Services, including Ajax SIM Dual Path Secure Signalling and Cloud Storage for our Doorbell, adding another piece to the ecosystem for our users, and recurring revenue for our integrators and resellers.
