At the Fire Safety Event (FSE) 2026, that ran from April 28 – 30, alongside TSE at Birmingham’s NEC, FSE Premier Partner Kidde Global Solutions wowed stand visitors with its immersive virtual reality ‘Stargate’ Experience, including Security on Screen’s Peter Mawson who admits, “In 30 years of visiting trade shows, I’ve never experienced anything quite like that!”. He met up with Kidde Commercial UK Sales Director, David Birtwistle and EMS Sales Director, Peter Welsh on stand 4/H80 to find out more about the concept for the booth, and about the products the stand was designed to promote, with wireless specialist EMS and Kidde working together to create the most optimal and effective fire detection and safety solutions on the market.
