TSE 2025 | Ajax Systems on multi-layered protection and resilient solutions

Ajax Systems TSE 2025

At this year’s TSE, Security on Screen’s roving show reporter, Jeremy Malies, spoke to Ajax Systems’ Technical Director Sam Griffiths on stand 5 D/40. He stressed the company’s comprehensive offering. Ajax, quite logically, uses the phrase “Multiverse” to underline how its products integrate to protect and empower customers across all areas of their business and daily routines, with the goal being safety combined with ease of use. Ajax puts a stress on multi-layered protection and resilient solutions.

Video surveillance is a core offering. Griffiths explains the many ways that Cloud video solutions can protect an end-user. Among the various manufacturers who speak to Security on Screen about CCTV and video management, he is perhaps the first (certainly the most articulate) in making the basic point that if a criminal succeeds in entering a site, the last thing one wants is an NVR at the property which can be used to show the intruder how the site operates. This is a simple and overpowering argument for Cloud storage.

You can tell the broad, international focus that Ajax adopts when Griffiths speaks about NDAA compliance. The National Defence Authorisation Act (NDAA) had its roots as United States federal legislation, but has crossed borders and is a key consideration for architects and security consultants.

As a truly global company, Ajax has absorbed NDAA requirements about minimising the risk of video recordings falling into the wrong hands. And with a fire show (The Fire Safety Event) in an adjacent hall, Griffiths underlines how best-of-breed video surveillance works closely with fire and life safety systems, fire protection being part of the Ajax solutions suite.

Ensuring privacy safeguards for end-users is another factor that Ajax majors on. Griffiths tells Security on Screen about the company’s JetSparrow technology which harnesses unparalleled privacy safeguards to high-definition surveillance. It mandates who can see a camera feed, when and under what circumstances. All this is programmable by the end-user’s senior managers.
