Security systems integrator, Total Security Protection (TSP), along with Genetec and Commend are raising money for Great Ormand Street Hospital, with the team from the three companies now in full training ahead of the the Coast-to-Coast bike ride, which is happening in just over two weeks.
The gruelling challenge will the team over 10,000 feet in elevation and 150 miles in the saddle. It will take the team from Whitehaven to Newcastle, taking in the Lake District, Cumbria and the North Pennines. This route, which incorporates Hartside Pass, one of England’s longest climbs at a respectable 580m above sea level,
Riders taking part are: Richard Parnell, Karen Worrall, Mark Parnell, Hamish Forsyth, and Chris Worrall, all from TSP, Simon Gunton from Commend, Guy Rushworth, Jack Dodds, and Paul Dodds from Genetec.
