His Excellency Major General Dr. Ahmed Zaal bin Kreshan Al Muhairi, Deputy Commander-in-Chief for Administrative and Financial Affairs at Dubai Police, recently visited the General Department of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
This was done to review its operations, as part of the Force’s commitment to advancing technological and digital systems that enhance security and policing efforts.
The meeting was attended by His Excellency Major General Dr. Saleh Murad, Assistant Commandant for Administrative Affairs; Major General Khaled Nasser Al Razouqi, Director of the General Department of Artificial Intelligence; and several senior officers.
During the meeting, key challenges and proposed solutions were discussed, alongside an overview of strategic projects in artificial intelligence and digital technologies. The meeting also highlighted plans for developing and training human resources to ensure staff can keep pace with rapid technological changes.
Maj. Gen. Al Muhairi reviewed ongoing projects in criminal and traffic operations, as well as efforts to enhance customer service in alignment with the directives of the Dubai Government and its visionary leadership.
He reaffirmed the Dubai Police’s commitment to prioritizing customer service and enhancing the overall customer experience. He praised the General Department of Artificial Intelligence teams for their vital contributions to strengthening the digital security system, which ultimately benefits the community.
Furthermore, Maj. Gen. Al Muhairi reaffirmed the Force’s commitment to supporting all employees, empowering them to overcome challenges and drive ongoing development and innovation.
