Atlas Security has appointed Lewis Waters as its new Solutions Manager, a strategic role designed to support the company’s growth ambitions and further enhance its solutions-led approach to security services.

Waters joins the business with a strong background in IT and project management delivery,  bringing a fresh perspective on how tailored, technology-driven solutions can support its people and better serve clients.

Atlas Security believes his appointment reaffirms their commitment to redefine how people experience and value security. The business is offering a bespoke, customer-focused model that reflects its agile and entrepreneurial approach.

Since joining, Waters has fitted seamlessly into the team and has already hit the ground running: contributing to new contract wins, improving solutions for existing clients, and using his passion for fitness to fundraise for Action for Children and other charities.

“Lewis’s appointment reflects our ambition to grow with purpose over the coming years,” Nick Clegg, Sales Director at Atlas Security, said. “His technical expertise and strategic mindset are a great asset and already proving successful in helping to deliver smarter, more personalised solutions to both existing and new clients in the sectors we operate in.

“Importantly for us, he’s a great cultural fit for the business and is already playing his part in making it a successful 2025.”

“I’m thrilled to be part of Atlas Security,” Lewis Waters, Solutions Manager, added. “The company’s values, culture, and commitment to quality really stood out to me.

“It’s exciting to be part of a team that’s not only focused on keeping people and premises safe, but also on bringing happiness to our employees and customers.

“I’m looking forward to helping shape our solutions to drive long-term value for both our clients and our own team members.”
