Dubai Police Commander-In-Chief welcomes Italian Ambassador to the UAE

His Excellency Lieutenant General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police, has recently welcomed H.E Lorenzo Fanara, Ambassador of the Republic of Italy to the UAE, and Mr Giuseppe Finocchiaro, Consul General of Italy in Dubai, with the aim to enhance cooperation between both sides.

During the meeting, which was held at the Dubai Police Officers Club, Al Marri discussed with the Italian Ambassador and the accompanying delegation some topics of mutual interest and explored ways of cooperation between the two sides in various areas.

Al Marri reaffirmed the Dubai Police’s keenness to enhance communication with various agencies, including diplomatic missions in the UAE. 

The Italian ambassador praised the level of safety and security in Dubai in particular and the United Arab Emirates in general. He thanked the Dubai Police for their continuous endeavors to enhance cooperation and joint coordination in various fields.

The meeting was also attended by H.E Major General Expert Khalil Ibrahim Al Mansouri, Assistant Commander-in-Chief for Criminal Investigation; H.E Major General Abdullah Ali Al Ghaithi, Assistant Commander-in-Chief for Operations; H.E Major General Jamal Salem Al Jallaf, Director of the General Department of Criminal Investigation, and a number of senior officers and officials.
