SWEPO Group was founded back in 2004 as a single company focusing on designing and installing security-related facilities such as burglar alarms, fire alarms, access control systems and camera surveillance.

Early on, we realized that there are major knowledge gaps among the client and far too few suppliers who worked advisingly to help their clients get the right security system based on the actual needs. What was missing was simply a security project manager.

In 2020, we saw how many companies lacked routines and processes for crisis management and crisis management when the Covid-19 pandemic finally reached Sweden and the requests to operationally and strategically support companies in this increased drastically.

This was followed by a drastic change in the security situation in early 2022 when Russia came to invade Ukraine.
Cybersecurity suddenly became an issue in every boardroom as more and more reports of cyberattacks against companies and organizations grew.
