Zitko has promoted from within to fill a pair of new senior appointments. The new appointments see Terri Lalonde and Laura Raven join the company’s senior leadership team.
Terri Lalonde joined Zitko in 2019 to manage all aspects of candidate experience, including service standards, engagement, marketing and application/selection processes. Her promotion to the SLT underlines the importance Zitko attaches to candidate care and positions the company to maintain exceptional standards as the business scales up.
Contracting is one of the drivers of this growth and Zitko has marked the success of this division by promoting Laura Raven to the SLT. Raven has developed a first-class contract resourcing service that combines high quality with an online portal that makes employers’ and contractors’ lives easier.
“We’ve grown to 25 people over the past year and our strategic decisions are now guided by what will work for a 40, 50, 60-person business,” said MD George Zitko. “Building the right management structure is vital to maintaining our standards as we grow. I’m obviously delighted to be welcoming Terri and Laura to the leadership team.
