Zitko has won a series of accolades through the month of October as Recruiter Insider’s customer service metrics, collected throughout the recruitment process, have placed the company number one for candidate experience in Q3.
Many leading consultancies choose Recruiter Insider to support performance management. It collects feedback on key criteria, via email surveys, from candidates and hiring managers. Zitko’s overall score of 93% placed it comfortably in first place, with Sales Division Director, Dave Geddes, also winning in the Client Experience – Consultant category.
In addition, Zitko has been nominated for awards in 4 categories of the Fire & Security industry ‘Oscars’. These take place annually and are decided by an expert judging panel. The nominations are: ‘Lockdown Hero of the Year’; ‘Customer Care Initiative of the Year’; ‘Security Partnering Initiative of the Year’; ‘Security Training Initiative of the Year’.

The award winners will be announced on 23rd November at a ceremony to be held at London Hilton in Park Lane. To cap off a busy month, global recruitment database supplier, Vincere, awarded Zitko its Best Client Experience award.
