Integrated Access Control and Security manufacturer TDSi has announced the appointment of Lorena Gottlieb as New Business Executive. In her new role, she will be a key part of TDSi’s market expansion in both the UK and internationally, supporting both new customers and the Sales team to ensure its integrated security systems are matched to real-world applications and needs, the company says.

With extensive experience in both B2B and B2C customer service, sales, event organising and corporate accounts management, TDSi says Ms Gottlieb has the right track record and skills as Sales Director Alex Rumsey, commented, “We are delighted to welcome Lorena to the TDSi team. With an impressive track record of experience and the right skills to take on the New Business role, she has joined us at the perfect time to help power our expansion. With markets steadily growing and demands for the right integrated security systems being particularly high, our New Business team will be reaching out to new customers and generating the leads we need to continue growing our business around the globe.”

Reflecting upon her suitability for her new role, Ms Gottlieb added: “I come from a background of both customer service and sales, working within the telecommunications industry and the wellbeing industry. I have successfully maintained corporate relationships with a large customer base, achieved sales targets whilst developing exceptional customer service skills.”

She continued: “I was immediately drawn to this role because of the diverse nature of the position, encompassing both customer service and sales. As a new role it presents an exciting opportunity for growth and development, not only for the business, but also for me. TDSi’s impressive 40 years in the market also caught my attention, and joining a well-established company within this industry allows me to contribute to its continued growth.”

With a remit to drive new business and seize fresh opportunities, actively seek out potential clients and assisting the Marketing team in developing innovative strategies and campaigns to attract them, Lorena added, “TDSi’s success is largely down to its ability to adapt and develop in line with the latest technology, offering a range of products tailored for different customer requirements. I am eagerly looking forward to demonstrating my newfound expertise in the future, as well as expanding my knowledge even further and being part of TDSi’s ongoing success.”
